" Establishing the Professional Development and evaluation Center. This includes the development and supervision of the computer Literacy Project, which introduce basic computer concepts and applications for 700 Faculty from the colleges and training centres in PAAET, Kuwait.

" Designing computer based multimedia programs in various fields (Education, Training, Marketing, Kiosk, etc.), and the development of Multimedia Interactive CD-ROMs.

" Using various media editing software (Image processing - PhotoShop, sound and video editing software- Ulead Media Studio, and animation software, autodesk animator, Macromedia Flash).

" Specialized in multimedia authoring packages (Macromedia Action, Asymetrix Multimedia toolbook, Macromedia Authorware, Infochannel Designer "SCALA", and Macromedia Director).

" The development of E-learning, distance learning, and video conferencing applications.

" Developing the curriculum for a Multimedia program for the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST). The program was approved by the University of Missouri St. Louis and the Council of Kuwaiti private universities in june 2006. The program started in GUST fall 2006.

" Evaluating computer related courses and training programs.

" A committee formed by the ministry of education to develop guidelines for introducing computers for elementary education in Kuwait. September 2004.
" Evaluating the use of computers in schools of the Kuwaiti ministry of Education. The committee was formed by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science (KFAS), and a report was submitted on June 2003.

" "Feasibility Study
The effectiveness of the use of computers for governmental schools in Kuwait to examine possible expansion". The committee was sponsered by and a report was submitted to The Kuwaiti Fund Committee, on Feb. 2001.

" A committee formed to select a Dean for the college of business studies. Formed in April 2005.

" Recruitment and scholarship committees for faculty members since 1989.

" A committee dedicated to Schedule academic semesters for Courses for The Business college and GUST univerisity.
